9)If you want to exchange your watch just because of your personal idea, not the defect of watch instead, you need to pay the freight we pay to DHL for the shipment back; If you mean to exchange another model , besides the freight, you need to pay a commission, which will be 10% to 30% of the amount of the previous watch. The exchange is only accepted within 7 days and the watch should be without any damage.
10)We disclaim full responsibility for the loss of the parcels caused by logistic agent, express company, customs and carrier. If the parcel get lost during the delivery, half value of the watch will be paid by our side.Provide against any loss caused by the 4 parties, customer shall examine the parcel and take action within 3 days. Please note that you take full responsibility for safely shipping the watch back to us. You are responsible for shipping charges one-way, and we will pay shipping charges back to you and the repair cost. The cost of shipping a watch back to our recommended repair shop is very little compared to what it would cost you to have your watch repaired at a jewelry store in Europe or North America. Keep this in mind before emailing us to complain about the return shipping cost. If you choose to ship your watch using an unreliable method such as general airmail or registered mail, which has no tracking number available, you are 100% liable for anything that happens to the watch during transit, including the package being lost, stolen or taken by customs. Regardless of how much it costs to send it back to us, you are responsible for the cost of getting your watch back to us. Exchange only for the same exact model, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Is there any risk with customs?
When dealing with goods that may potentially violate laws in your country there is always a small risk that postal customs may open your package. From years of experience, shipping thousands of packages using varying methods, I can advise you which methods work best for your area. Customs inspections are entirely random, you may get three or four package, and them. In many cases, customs will simply impose a tax which you must pay when the box is delivered. It should be noted however that in some countries such as Italy and france, if your package is stopped by customs, it may not be delivered.
Be weary of any dealer that “guarantees” delivery. If your order is lost, we will replace it for you, and sent it with another shipping method.
